Moldex Products Inc. was established in 1967 - a small operation that reprocessed plastic materials into pellets and sold to downstream product manufacturers. Moldex became and still today the market leader in the PVC pipes industry. In the early 90's the company diversified into real estate development establishing Moldex Realty, Inc. It is an enterprise devoted to horizontal project expansion. In 1995 Moldex Land Inc. was organized, a company focused on high-rise developments. Within short order, three more companies were established � Moldex Insurance Agency Inc., Moldex Realty Marketing Inc., and Moldex Construction Inc.
